What the forms collect
EVDNT Intelligence, LLC collects the name, company, business email, data description, and consent you submit. The buyer form also collects intended use. We save the inquiry and submission date to review interest and follow up.
Do not submit raw records, personal information about others, confidential samples, credentials, or regulated dataset contents. Your name and business contact information are the only personal information requested.
How we use your inquiry
We use submitted information to assess relevance, understand owner and buyer needs, and contact you about the inquiry. An inquiry does not authorize access to your records, disclosure of underlying data, or model training. It is not a dataset submission.
Storage and disclosure
Inquiries are stored in the site’s database. Hosting, infrastructure, and transactional-email providers process information to operate the site and deliver inquiry notifications and acknowledgements. Notification emails include contact details and a reference; data descriptions and intended-use details remain in the site database. We record notification processing outcomes linked to the inquiry reference; provider acceptance does not establish inbox delivery. EVDNT does not publish form submissions or provide a public buyer or seller directory. Any broader sharing or diligence would require a separate discussion and appropriate authorization.
We keep inquiries while needed for follow-up, validation, or applicable legal obligations. We have not established a fixed retention period. You can request correction or deletion.
Site technology
We record simple website event counts, such as page views, owner/buyer link clicks, and form starts, with timestamps. These events do not contain your name, email, description, IP address, or a visitor identifier, and do not track you across sites. Completed inquiries provide owner/buyer submission counts. This site does not include advertising trackers, third-party marketing analytics, or browser-based storage of your form drafts. Hosting and access-control infrastructure may process technical request information or use cookies necessary for operation and access.
Your choices and contact
You can choose not to submit, withdraw permission for further contact, or request access, correction, or deletion. Email info@evdnti.com or use the contact forms and state your request. Include the business email used for the original inquiry; do not send identity documents or sensitive records.
Future changes
Authenticated applications, data transfers, and licensing services will require separate terms and privacy information when available. This notice covers the initial company website and interest forms.
